One portion appetizers with the selection of Spanish delicacies

 

Selection of cold starters:

Carpaccio of beef sirloin, balsamic glaze,shavings of parmesan cheese,

ruccola and baguette

 

Thin slices of slowly baked pork flank steak marinated in spicy salsa

with Dijon mustard and pickled vegetables

 

Salad with bean pods, goat cheese and fig vinaigrette dressing

 

Selection hot appetizers:

 

Deep fried cheddar cheese-stuffed Jalapeno poppers with chives dip

 

Tiger prawns fried with chilli, garlic and peppers, crispy baguette

 

Roasted chorizo sausage with shallot and apple wine

Rump steak (250g) tournedos served with mushed potatoes and pepper sauce
